What I learned from my Skydive experience

Last year I got 'Skydive' as a gift from two of my close friends. It was on my bucket list and they were kind enough to gift me one of the most amazing experience in my life. Here are few lessons I learnt from my skydive Overcoming Fear : Skydiving pushes you to confront fear head-on. By jumping out of a plane, you realize that fear is often just a barrier in your mind that can be broken, helping you build confidence in other life challenges. Embrace challenges in life, knowing that most fears fade as you move forward. Trust : When skydiving, you must trust your equipment, your instructor, and yourself.
